Lawrence Green is a New Yorker, who travelled extensively at the service of his art, most notably to conduct the international tour of Les Miserables in the United States, in Canada, and in the Far East (Shanghai and Seoul). Other performance career highlights include conducting several other theater productions, and performances as a piano soloist with the Wallingford Symphony Orchestra and the Minneapolis Civic Orchestra.
Now a resident of Toronto, Canada, Lawrence works as a pianist and conductor for local choral organizations.
He obtained his performance degrees from the Syracuse University and the Yale School of Music.
